How can we afford to charge so little?
One Percent Realty has low overhead and no fancy boardrooms. Our agents work out of their home office and therefore are able to pass the savings onto our clients! We charge $6000 (minimum) + $900 in disbursements or 1% on any home over $600,000 + $900 in disbursements.

We use high grade wide angle lenses, external flash units and the latest in technological advancements to photograph and advertise your home. Not only do we shoot the pictures our selves we capture everything then place it on our website to compile virtual tours “coming soon” for buyers at NO extra charge!
